My name is Michael English, I am and I am all about helping clients reach their potential and achieve the long-term fitness results they want. 

I founded in 2004 having spotted a niche in the market for group fitness and personal training based on flexible plans and drop-in prices.

Originally from Dundalk, Co. Louth I worked as a computer programmer before undergoing my own transformation, from desk-bound to gym-fit. I trained at the National College For Exercise And Health, before becoming a qualified physical therapist and I have since developed a reputation as one of Dublin’s leading weight loss and toning specialists.

I firmly believe there’s no such thing as a quick fix – a sensible eating plan, regular workouts, determination and hard work under my guidance deliver results for clients, every time.

As a natural born motivator, I love nothing more than helping clients achieve more than they ever believed was possible. There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing someone fulfil their potential and knowing I played a part in their personal journey to a fitter, healthier future.

When I’m not teaching Bodytone, Corefit, Spin or Personal Training, I love hitting the studio floor for my own personal workout daily, as well as keeping on top of the latest developments in the fitness industry and relaxing to the sound of my favourite sounds from the 80s and 90s.
